How soon after discharge can clients work with you?
Clients can reach out to us at any time, even before discharge. We'll provide timeline education and help them understand what to expect. Most mortgage programs become available 2-4 years after discharge, depending on the type of bankruptcy and loan program.
What if my client isn't ready to buy for several years?
