Marcus founded North Realty Brokers after more than a decade on the operations side of housing — running Washington rental portfolios including affordable and LIHTC properties, flipping houses, and managing buildings. That background is why the firm is built the way it is: he owns the general contractor, the property management company, and the notary service that sit alongside the brokerage, and he supervises every transaction the firm closes.
Personal practice focus: sellers who need repairs to get financed, manufactured homes, out-of-state owners, homeowners facing foreclosure, and small multifamily investors. He also handles the firm's Home Readiness Program consultations.
